Rose City Sweets Opens New Storefront in South Tyler

Tyler, TX – Rose City Sweets officially opened its doors to the public on Saturday, June 1st, bringing a new destination for delectable treats to South Tyler. Owner Amy Acker celebrated the grand opening of her first physical storefront, located at 4721 South Broadway Avenue, Suite 100, within the Broadway Commons Shopping Center.

Acker is no stranger to the baking scene in Tyler, having operated her sweet business online since 2020. What began as baking for friends during the pandemic quickly blossomed into a thriving enterprise, necessitating a dedicated brick-and-mortar location.

Rose City Sweets offers a wide array of confections, with a particular reputation for its exquisite macarons. Beyond these delicate treats, customers can find freshly baked cookies, cupcakes, pies, and custom cakes designed for special occasions.

The shop operates Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Acker emphasized her commitment to providing fresh, delicious treats and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.
