**Motorcyclist Injured in South Loop 323 Collision, Southbound Lanes Closed Tuesday**

TYLER, Texas – A motorcyclist was transported to UT Health Tyler yesterday, November 14, following a collision with an SUV on South Loop 323 in Smith County. The crash, which occurred around 2:30 p.m. just north of Shiloh Road, resulted in the closure of southbound lanes for several hours.

Emergency crews, including the Tyler Police Department and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) personnel, responded to the scene to manage traffic and investigate the incident. The closure of South Loop 323 caused significant traffic delays for motorists throughout Tuesday afternoon.

The condition of the motorcyclist has not yet been released by officials.
