**Tyler Man Charged with Murder After Daughter's Body Found in Smith County; Mother Also Arrested**
**TYLER, Texas** – A Tyler man has been charged with murder following the discovery of his 19-year-old daughter, Madison Riley Hull, whose body was found Sunday, June 16, at a rural residence in Smith County. Her mother has also been arrested and charged in connection with the case.
The events began Friday, June 14, when the Tyler Police Department responded to a welfare check request for Madison Riley Hull at a residence in the 4300 block of Brookside Drive in Tyler, Texas. Later that day, officers visited the family’s primary home in the 3700 block of County Road 393 in Smith County, where they spoke with Madison's father, John Riley Hull, and her mother, Amanda Jean Hull. Madison was not located at that time.
The following day, Saturday, June 15, John Riley Hull was arrested in Fort Worth on an unrelated warrant.
On Sunday, June 16, investigators from the Smith County District Attorney’s Office and the Tyler Police Department executed a search warrant at the rural family residence on County Road 393. It was there that Madison Riley Hull’s body was tragically discovered.
Following the discovery, John Riley Hull was booked into the Smith County Jail, now facing a murder charge. Amanda Jean Hull was also arrested and charged with hindering the apprehension of a known felon.
By Monday, June 17, bond had been set for both individuals. John Riley Hull's bond was placed at $2 million, while Amanda Jean Hull's bond was set at $50,000.
