**Dave & Buster's Construction Set to Begin in Tyler, Summer 2025 Opening Planned**

TYLER, Texas – Construction for a new Dave & Buster's location in Tyler is officially set to begin within the next week, following an announcement made Friday, April 26th. The highly anticipated entertainment venue is projected to open its doors by Summer 2025.

The 20,000 square-foot standalone building will be situated in The Village at Cumberland Park, located specifically near Hobby Lobby. This marks the first Dave & Buster's for the city of Tyler and promises to bring its signature blend of food, drinks, state-of-the-art arcade games, and dedicated sports-watching areas to the community.

The project is being developed by The Fellsmere Companies. Michael Fellsmere, President of The Fellsmere Companies, expressed enthusiasm for the development, calling it a "great addition" to both The Village at Cumberland Park and the broader Tyler community. The new establishment is also expected to significantly boost the local job market, creating over one hundred new full-time and part-time positions.

This Tyler location is part of Dave & Buster's larger strategic expansion.
