**Tyler Man Pleads Guilty in Federal Court to Transporting Minors for Prostitution**
TYLER – William Paul Miller, 45, of Tyler, pleaded guilty today in federal court to conspiring to transport minors for prostitution. Miller entered his plea on December 12, 2025, before U.S. District Judge Jeremy D. Kernodle in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Miller admitted to transporting two minors, aged 16 and 17, from Dallas to Tyler for the purpose of prostitution between August 2022 and October 2023. According to court documents, Miller arranged for the minors to engage in prostitution in various hotel rooms across Tyler and placed advertisements online. He subsequently kept all money earned by the minors.
The charges stemmed from a federal grand jury indictment handed down on October 18, 2023.
Miller now faces a minimum sentence of 15 years in federal prison, with a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment. His sentencing date has not yet been scheduled by Judge Kernodle.
