Tyler, Texas – "The Foundry," a prominent 67,600 square-foot multi-tenant industrial property located on East Loop 323 in Tyler, was sold last month in mid-May.
Texas Industrial Fund, an affiliate of Dallas-based Macfarlan Capital Partners, acquired the property from seller M6A Tyler Holdings. The transaction underscores the robust industrial sector in East Texas, with "The Foundry" considered a prime investment opportunity due to its fully leased status and established long-term tenants.
Colliers facilitated the transaction. Chad Hennings, Joe Santaularia, and Mike Hemphill, from the firm's Dallas office, brokered the deal. The property’s full occupancy at the time of sale highlights the strong demand for industrial space in the region.
