Tyler's Fresh 15 Race Benefits Non-Profits

TYLER, Texas – Hundreds of runners converged on the streets of Tyler Saturday morning, March 9, for the 13th Annual Fresh 15 race. The event, hosted by Brookshire's, featured a main 15k, a 5k, and a "Lil' Freshies" race for younger participants, with all proceeds dedicated to local non-profit organizations.

Participants began their races bright and early at 7 a.m. from Faulkner Park, located at 4102 Faulkner Dr, Tyler, TX. The diverse group of runners then navigated through the city, culminating their journey at the finish line situated at Broadway Square in Downtown Tyler, 101 E Broadway Ave, Tyler, TX.

The Fresh 15 is a cornerstone event for community fundraising, with Brookshire's annually channeling all proceeds to support various local charities. Last year's event alone raised more than $200,000, which was distributed to non-profits across East Texas, underscoring the significant impact the race has on the region.
