Tyler's Cumberland Park Lands New Restaurants

**South Tyler's Village at Cumberland Park Welcomes Torchy's Tacos, Postino WineCafe, and BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse**

South Tyler is set for a significant culinary expansion as The Village at Cumberland Park, located at South Broadway Avenue and Grande Boulevard, prepares to welcome several highly anticipated new restaurants. Developer NewQuest Properties is bringing new dining and beverage options to the 700,000-square-foot development.

Torchy's Tacos (www.torchystacos.com) will open its first Tyler location later in 2024. The 4,000-square-foot restaurant will be situated between The Catch and the new BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse within The Village at Cumberland Park.

Joining the lineup, Postino WineCafe (www.postinowinecafe.com) is also slated to open its first East Texas location next door to Torchy's. The 3,400-square-foot wine bar will feature an additional 1,200-square-foot patio for outdoor seating, with an opening projected for later in 2024. Postino is known for its daily "Board & Bottle" special after 8 PM, which includes a bruschetta board and a bottle of wine for $25.

Construction for the 7,600-square-foot BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse (www.bjsrestaurants.com) officially began in March 2024. The restaurant is occupying a prominent corner spot at Grande Boulevard and South Broadway Avenue, and is also expected to open its doors later this year.

These new establishments further enhance the dynamic growth of The Village at Cumberland Park. The area has already seen recent additions, including the opening of Dutch Bros (www.dutchbros.com) next to Cracker Barrel on Grande Boulevard.
