**PK's Pancake House Owner Launches New Drive-Thru Kolache Shop in Tyler**

P.K. Lim, the proprietor behind Tyler's well-known PK's Pancake House, has expanded his local culinary presence with the grand opening of PK Kolaches, a new drive-thru establishment. The new venture officially began serving customers on June 24.

Located at 3409 Troup Highway in Tyler, PK Kolaches offers a convenient option for breakfast and midday meals. Lim's original restaurant, PK's Pancake House, continues to operate on South Beckham in Tyler, a long-standing local favorite.

The menu at PK Kolaches features a diverse selection of items, including both sweet and savory kolaches. Sweet options encompass fruit and cream cheese varieties, while savory choices include classic sausage, ham and cheese, and spicy jalapeño sausage. Breakfast tacos are also available, alongside a full range of hot and iced coffee beverages.

PK Kolaches maintains extensive hours to cater to early risers and those needing a quick bite throughout the morning and early afternoon. The drive-thru is open Monday through Friday from 5 AM to 2 PM, Saturdays from 6 AM to 2 PM, and Sundays from 7 AM to 2 PM.
