Tyler, TX – Tamara Annette Farmer, a lifelong resident of Tyler, Texas, passed away on Monday, May 20th, 2024, at the age of 55.
Born on August 27, 1968, Ms. Farmer was a proud graduate of John Tyler High School, Class of 1987. She dedicated many years of her career to Tyler Pipe Industries (https://www.tylerpipe.com/), where she was known as a valuable and dedicated employee.
Faith played a central role in Ms. Farmer’s life. She was a faithful and active member of Mt. Nebron Baptist Church, located at 7353 CR 415 in Tyler (https://maps.app.goo.gl/g2JtHjj49m85pT2t6), where she participated in various church ministries. She will be remembered by those who knew her for her infectious smile, compassionate heart, and unwavering faith.
Ms. Farmer is survived by her loving mother, Dorothy M. Farmer, and her siblings, Patricia Farmer-Warren, Johnny B. Farmer, Jr., and Mark Farmer. She was a beloved aunt to her nephews, Broderick Warren, Jonathan Farmer, and Marcus Farmer, and her nieces, Ashley Warren and Amber Farmer. She also leaves behind four great-nieces and great-nephews, Alaya, Aaliyah, Amir, and Ashton Warren. Her extensive family includes aunts and uncles residing in Dallas, Texas, and Jacksonville, Florida.
A viewing for Ms. Farmer will be held on Friday, May 31st, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Stewart Family Funeral Home (https://www.stewartfamilyfuneralhome.com/), located in Tyler. A Celebration of Life service will take place on Saturday, June 1st, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Mt. Nebron Baptist Church. Following the service, interment will occur at Evergreen Memorial Park (https://maps.app.goo.gl/kXv9iQ51vR7i7oGHA) in Tyler.
