**Tyler Police Seek Driver in Serious Hit-and-Run Involving Bicyclist**
Tyler Police are actively searching for the driver responsible for a serious hit-and-run incident involving a bicyclist last Saturday evening on South Broadway Avenue. The bicyclist sustained significant injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
The collision occurred around 7:00 p.m. in the southbound lanes of South Broadway Avenue, specifically near the vicinity of the Tyler Rose Garden and Faulkner Park.
Investigators believe the suspect vehicle is a dark-colored sedan, possibly a Honda Accord or a Toyota Camry. A crucial identifier for the vehicle is noticeable damage to its front driver's side, including a missing headlight. Police have released a surveillance image of what they believe to be the suspect's car, as well as a photograph of a piece of the vehicle left behind at the scene.
