**Tyler Woman Identified in Fatal Pedestrian Collision on East Gentry Parkway**

TYLER, Texas – A 47-year-old Tyler woman died Sunday evening after she was struck by a vehicle on East Gentry Parkway. The incident occurred around 7:20 p.m. on February 18th in the 1400 block of East Gentry Parkway.

Authorities have identified the victim as Tamyra Evette Clark, a resident of Tyler.

According to police, Clark was fatally struck by a Chevrolet Equinox. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene of the collision and has been fully cooperating with law enforcement officials.

The Tyler Police Traffic Unit is currently investigating the specifics of the incident to determine the exact circumstances that led to the crash. No additional details have been released at this time as the investigation is ongoing.
