**UT Tyler Announces Spring Career Fairs, Connecting Students and Alumni with Over 150 Employers**

TYLER, Texas — The University of Texas at Tyler is set to host its annual Spring Career Fairs, offering current students and alumni significant opportunities to connect with potential employers for internships and full-time positions. The two-day event will take place on Wednesday, March 6, and Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the Herrington Patriot Center (HPC) on the UT Tyler campus.

The series begins with the Internship Fair on Wednesday, March 6, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This event is specifically designed for students seeking real-world experience through internship roles across various fields.

Following the Internship Fair, the main Career Fair will be held on Thursday, March 7, also from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This fair will focus on connecting graduating students and alumni with full-time job opportunities. Across both days, more than 150 employers are expected to be on site, representing diverse sectors including business, healthcare, engineering, technology, and education.

Organized by the UT Tyler Career Success Center, these fairs are a crucial resource for career development. Students and alumni are encouraged to come prepared, bringing multiple copies of their resumes, dressing professionally, and having a concise "elevator pitch" ready to introduce themselves to recruiters.

Students can pre-register for the fairs through the Patriotlink system. Employers interested in participating or future events can sign up via the Handshake platform.
